SolarMax retractable shade screen has one of the highest resistance to screen pullout in the shade screen industry.

SolarMax is capable of covering large openings, the largest so far being 316 x 144 & 298 x 175.

“FlatLay”

The “FlatLay” end retention stacks and tracks perfectly allowing smooth and trouble free operation.  Because the screen stacks evenly, it tracks evenly, allowing the  the screen to deploy evenly.

The screen is sandwiched between the “FlatLay” isolating the screen from the track.  By not having  the screen directly rubbing against the track track it lasts longer, a lot longer.

SolarMax utilizes an unique reel system extruded specifically for Custom Hurricane Products Inc.. The reels do not have flutes that reduce aesthetic quality of the screen.  They are extruded to lengths of 32 feet to accommodate large openings
